Returns and Exchanges

Personalized Items:

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns on these items.  For hygienic reasons, earrings and nose rings are final sale.

Non-Personalized Items:

Return of non-personalized items purchased from Genesis JB  in unused/unworn condition, not scratched or damaged, are welcome within 30 days of purchase.  The customer is responsible for return postage and re-ship fees (if applicable).

Non-personalized items may be exchanged within 30 days if the product is defective.  The Customer is responsible for return postage. Upon assessment of the damaged product, the same item or one of equal value will be sent to you, postage paid.   

 

All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at sales@genesisjb.com with details of your return to receive a RA number prior to sending the item back.
